A special AGIFORS MRO breakout session this year, with technical presentations

The theme of this year's conference is "Efficiency and Resiliency Amidst Economic and Political Uncertainty." Efficiency and resiliency will (and should) always be primary objectives for airline operations, but the current level of economic and political uncertainties create additional challenges for and underscore the importance of both.

09 March 2026 - Given the continued instability in the geopolitical and security situation in the Middle East, we have decided to postpone the conference to a later date.

02 March 2026 - In collaboration with the AGIFORS Council and our hosts at Qatar Airways, we are closely monitoring the security situation in Doha and the Middle East.

The safety and security of AGIFORS attendees is paramount. While we still hope to hold the conference as scheduled, we will only do so if we are absolutely comfortable that we can offer a safe conference experience.

In the event of any postponement or cancellation of this year's conference, any registration and sponsorship fees will be fully refunded.

The 2026 AGIFORS Revenue Management Study Group meeting will be held in Doha, Qatar from April 14 - 16, 2026, hosted by Qatar Airways.

Along with presentations on the latest advances in passenger Revenue Management, this year's Study Group meeting will also feature the first AGIFORS Air Cargo Revenue Management Special Session, which promises a unique venue for practitioners to meet and share the latest opportunities and challenges in the field of cargo RM.

The conference will take place in a beautiful high-rise hotel in dynamic and exciting downtown Doha. We can look forward to a great agenda of technical presentations and networking events showcasing this city in constant change and evolution.

Conference Overview

AGIFORS represents a unique opportunity to share your work with the RM community and receive feedback from a diverse audience of peers and experts in the field. Any presentation on the subject of revenue management is welcome. Presentations in past years have focused on demand forecasting, network optimization, dynamic pricing, offer management, ancillary optimization, and more. Applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence to RM are particularly welcome at this year's conference.

We particularly invite presentations on Cargo Revenue Management to join our Cargo RM Special Session on the first day of the conference.

Representatives from airlines, air transport associations, universities, industrial research laboratories and consultants will discuss new ideas and present technical papers.
