The building at 1 allée Chaban Delmas, where the conference takes place has 2 aisles. One aisle is dedicated to Toulouse city library "Médiathèque José Cabanis". The building is known as "La Médiathèque" or "L'Arche Marengo". Opposite the library's entrance, is the entrance to the venue which also gives access to Matabiau metro station. Right there, 3 elevators give access to the venue located on the 6th floor

We are thrilled to see registrations exceeding the high end of our expectations. With more than half of the registrations in the last 3 weeks prior to the event, the Airbus tour activity is restricted capacity-wise. So, we have arranged for an alternative event to discover Toulouse historical centre through a city game which should challenge your problem solving skills and intuition. You may also take advantage a little downtime to get some work done. Upon signing in at the conference on Monday, we will ask each of you to indicate whether you prefer the Airbus event or the Escape Tour of Toulouse. Should interest exceed capacity for either event, we will accommodate first choices on the basis of the order in which guests registered for the conference.

For those attending the Airbus event:

• To meet Airbus’ security requirements, we will need extra information prior to the trip. Please fill in your information here by Friday, 5pm CDT
• You will need to bring:
• For citizens of the Schengen zone: a valid identity card or passport
• Citizens of Great Britain: a compulsory passport.
• All others: a valid passport

As a reminder, the Gala on Wednesday night is a semi-formal event. Please pack accordingly! 

For late registrations, we may not be able to accommodate special meals because the orders are already in. But we'll do our best.

Dietary restrictions will be indicated with coloured stickers on conference badges. So, remember to show your badge for meal services.
