64th Annual Symposium Sponsorship Guidelines

The policy of AGIFORS for all their meetings are to have the registration fee for Airline staff and Academics as low as possible. The philosophy behind this is that academics are likely to enter new lines of thought into our field, and having a strong presence by airlines brings great value to both the vendors and the airlines. It would therefore be great if your organization could this year be one of our sponsors!

Sponsorship Levels

For the symposium, we are offering three sponsorship levels. All Sponsors will get a Sponsor presentation within the main program (first come, first served) and their logo will be posted on this website and on all communications.  Gold and Silver sponsorships come with a booth/table for displaying materials and networking with participants.

  • Gold (USD 5000): right to have a booth, 15 minutes sponsor talk, premium choice of sponsored events (first come, first choice among Gold-level sponsor options)
  • Silver (USD 3500): right to have a booth, 10 minutes sponsor talk, secondary choice of sponsored events (first come, first choice among Silver-level sponsor options)
  • Bronze (USD 2000): 5 minutes sponsor talk, third choice of sponsored events (first come, first choice among Bronze-level sponsor options).
Note that Sponsorship fees do not include Symposium registration fee for attendees. Each participant from the Sponsoring organization must register individually.

Register as a Sponsor

There are two ways to register as a Sponsor:

  • Contact Sergey Shebalov at sponsorship@agifors.org with your company details and Sponsorship level. We will come back to you with an invoice and further details about the Symposium. We accommodate various payment methods, including credit card, wire transfers, and payment via accounts payable platforms.
  • Fill out the form below and proceed with payment directly (credit card payments only). In the "Comment" Section of the form, indicate whether you are interested in a booth (Gold/Silver sponsors only), and/or a Sponsor presentation.

    Note

    Due to international sanctions in place our website is currently unable to process payment from credit cards issued by most Russian banks.

    AGIFORS will no longer accept new membership applications, sponsorships, or registrations to any of our upcoming study group conferences from individuals affiliated with a Russian-based entity, including Russian-based airlines.

    Individuals who register as private citizens and make payment with personal funds are welcome to attend. Any person that is already registered or completes registration with Russian-based entity funds and/or affiliation will have their registration cancelled and refunds will be issued. Current members or correspondents who have a Russian affiliation in their profile who wish to register independently for an event must first remove the Russian entity from their profile.
