Hotel Shipments


All incoming and outgoing parcels are processed through the hotel’s Parcel Services office and subject to applicable fees. Delegate Registration

The registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda (*delegate registration only).  The registration fee before 1st May 2018 is 300 USD per (airline, or academic) delegate, 600 USD per industry delegate, and 900 USD per vendor delegate.

  • Airline/Academic Delegate – $300.00

    Eligibility - Airline representatives and for students and faculty members of recognized academic institutions

  • Industry Delegate – $600.00
    Eligibility: Full-time employee of an established aircraft manufacturer, air traffic control agency, airport authority, government agency, or non-profit organization that supports the airline industry. Employees must not work for a subsidiary, affiliate, associate, division or other entity that markets products or services to the airline industry

  • Vendor Delegate – $900.00

    Eligibility - Anyone employed by a company (or subsidiary, affiliate or division) that actively markets and sells information technology (IT) products or professional services (including any form of consulting, strategy, integration, implementation, or support) to the airline industry

Late Registrations

Registrations received on or after 1st May 2018 will be considered late and will incur an additional 100 USD late fee, with no exceptions

  

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests before 1st May 2018 will be subject to a 100 USD service fee per person, after this date the cancellation fee will be 150 USD per person to cover the incurred expenses.

Reservations must be made via our dedicated website by 15 April 2018 to receive the specially negotiated rate of 160 USD for single/double occupancy (inclusive wifi access, exclusive of service fees and taxes).  Hotel room rates are subject to applicable hotel tax (currently 14.962%) in effect at the time of check in. Hawaii state excise tax is currently at 4.712%. Occupancy Tax is currently 10.25%.


Resort room rates are subject to a resort fee, 15 USD (vs 37 USD) per room per night, plus applicable state and local taxes) in effect at the time of check in. This charge is for High-Speed In-room Internet Access, Daily Fitness Classes, Daily Cultural Classes, and (1) Introductory Scuba Diving or Snorkeling Lesson.

You are invited to submit a proposal to present at the meeting. Come and share with us your ideas, thoughts, practical innovations, current trends, case studies, philosophies, and latest advances on the topics which are relevant to you.

  • A 30 or 45 minute presentation
  • Willingness to comply with requests for additional information and clarification on abstract and/or presentation material
  • Willingness to tailor a presentation for the AGIFORS Airline Operations audience and to accept direction from the selection committee in doing this
  • Must register and attend the meeting

Vendor Program

Vendor Exhibition


In addition to being a major forum for sharing new concepts and ideas in airline operations, the conference provides an opportunity for vendors to meet directly with airline delegates, provide in depth demonstrations, and discuss future opportunities, and partnerships. We have scheduled dedicated time slots for vendor presentations, and exhibitions.  


Each vendor delegate is required to register for the conference at a nominal registration fee. As a vendor delegate, you are entitled to a 10 – 15 minute slot in the vendor program to do a company overview and/or dedicated presentation. In addition, you will have access to a table top display in the vendor exhibition area.



Conference Sponsorship


If your company is interested in sponsorship opportunities, we are offering a variety of sponsorship packages for your consideration.  With each package, your company with be recognized an official sponsor for the conference, and recognized at the start of each day’s proceedings.  In addition, you will receive additional benefits based on your level of sponsorship.


Bronze – Placement of company signage at the conference registration desk, and backdrop of podium (1000 USD)


Silver – Acknowledgement at a select social event, preferential selection of booth location, plus benefits of the bronze level (2000 USD)
