We are very excited to announce that the 2024 Revenue Management SG meeting will be held in Chicago, IL, USA from May 6 - 8, 2024, hosted by United Airlines.

United has been a long-time supporter of the AGIFORS RM Study Group conference, and are looking forward to welcoming you to their home city of Chicago. We can look forward to a great agenda of technical presentations and networking events.

We are thrilled to announce that Scott Kirby, CEO of United Airlines, will be providing a keynote speech on Wednesday, May 8th!

Whether it's your first AGIFORS Study Group meeting or your 10th, we're looking forward to seeing you in the Windy City!

  • Monday, May 6th, 2024: Evening welcome reception (no conference program)
  • Tuesday, May 7th, 2024: Full day conference program and evening dinner cruise on Lake Michigan
  • Wednesday, May 8th, 2024: Keynote speech from Scott Kirby, CEO, United Airlines, and full day conference program ending at 3:45pm

The delegate registration fee includes conference technical materials, all scheduled meals and social events during the meeting.

As always, AGIFORS members, academics, and airline attendees receive a favorable delegate registration fee. 

Registrations prior to April 22nd, 2024 received a discounted Early Bird rate.

The conference will be hosted at The Royal Sonesta Chicago River North. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Chicago close to local area attractions and convenient to public transportation.

An extremely attractive AGIFORS conference room rate of $149 per night plus taxes is available to conference attendees. The AGIFORS rate can be booked through this link. Please note that the the conference rate must be booked by April 15, 2024, and that a limited number of rooms are available. Make your booking early to avoid disappointment.

The AGIFORS RM Study Group welcomes any sponsors willing to contribute to our event. Sponsorship is especially welcome because it enables AGIFORS to keep registration fees as low as possible and this enables academics and airlines to continue attending the conferences and provide new insights and research to the broader airline community.

Three levels of sponsorship are available for this year's event: Gold (5000 USD), Silver (3500 USD), and Bronze (2000 USD). Different sponsorship levels provide opportunities to advertise your brand and, at some levels, make a marketing or product presentation during the conference program.

Call for Papers!

Presenting at AGIFORS is a great opportunity to share your work with the community and get feedback from experts. At the RM Study Group, any topic relating to revenue management is welcome. Presentations in past years have focused on demand forecasting, network optimization, applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence, dynamic pricing, offer optimization, and more.

The Call for Papers closed on April 12th, 2024.

  • Abstracts due: April 12th, 2024
  • Draft Presentations due: April 25th, 2024
  • Final Presentations due: May 3rd, 2024

Requirements for presenting:

  • A 20-25 minute presentation, please plan 5-10 mins for questions

  • Willingness to comply with requests for additional information and clarification on abstract and/or presentation material

  • Willingness to tailor a presentation for the AGIFORS Revenue Management Study Group audience

  • For presentations made by vendors, no product names or screenshots can be referenced in a technical presentation

  • Must register and attend the meeting
