We are pleased to announce that the AGIFORS 64th Annual Symposium will be hosted by Cayman Airways in the Grand Cayman October 27-31, 2024!
Why join the Symposium?
The AGIFORS Annual Symposium provides a platform for experts and decision makers in the airline industry to exchange ideas on solving key industry challenges! Every year, we welcome a vibrant mix of attendees from airlines, academic institutions, industrial research labs, consulting firms, and vendors.
We are expecting a packed 3.5-day technical program, with presentations on recent advancements in all key areas of the industry: operations, maintenance, revenue management, scheduling, crew management, and more - leveraging modern analytical techniques, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
In addition to the technical program, we are planning a range of social and networking events that will allow you to connect with colleagues, as well as with students participating in the Anna Valicek Award and Ken Wang Scholars Programs who have shown interest in the airline industry through academic work.
Beside participating in the conference, our Sponsors will also have a chance to display their work and products through Sponsor presentations, and have an opportunity to set up booths for closer interaction with airline attendees.

Technical program abstracts for accepted presentations are posted here. If you have any questions please contact the technical program chair of the Symposium at technical_chair@agifors.org. SPONSORSSponsorship OpportunitiesAGIFORS sets its meeting fees for airline staff and academics as low as possible. The philosophy behind this is that academics are likely to enter new lines of thought into our field, and having a strong presence by airlines brings great value to both the vendors and the airlines. Sponsorships are used to lower the registration rates for airlines and academics. It would therefore be great if your organization could this year be one of our sponsors. In return you’ll enjoy an opportunity to increase visibility for your products and services among key science and technology decision makers in the airline industry! For more details, and to sign up as a Sponsor see the Symposium Sponsorship page, or contact sponsorship@agifors.org. |
