Official Conference Hotel
All meetings, other than the social events, will be held in the Ritz-Carlton Santiago. In addition, a block of rooms has been set aside for AGIFORS at a special rate. Please use the link below to book your room by September 9, 2016 to ensure you receive the conference rate. Reservations after this date will be accepted only on a space available basis at a higher rate.

The above rates include:
- Internet access
- Exempted from local tax (currently 19%) if invoices are settled in US Dollars (cash or international credit card) and guests are foreigners, submit a copy of their passport and immigration card
- Club rooms includes Club Lounge access featuring continuous complimentary culinary offerings throughout the day
Breakfast
A light breakfast is included in the registration fee and will be available for registered delegates only prior to the first session of each morning in the foyer next to the conference room. If you want the full buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, please select the appropriate rate on the hotel booking page. Note that a discounted breakfast rate of $15 is available for the first guest. The full breakfast cost of $20 applies to additional guests. In addition, the light breakfast is only provided to registered delegates only and not to their guests.
No Show/Cancellation
Reservations must be changed or cancelled two (2) days prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation that occurs within two (2) days prior to arrival will be charged one (1) night's room and tax. Early departures will be charged full room and tax. No shows will be charged for the entire stay.

Early Check In
- Before 10:00 100% of the room rate (early check in can be guaranteed)
- 10:01 - 12:00 75% of the room rate (subject to availability at arrival time)
- After 12:00 Complementary (subject to availability at arrival time)
Late Check Out
- 12:00 - 14:00 Complementary (subject to availability on check out day)
- 14:01 - 16:00 50% of the room rate (subject to availability on check out day)
- After 16:00 100% of the room rate (late check out can be guaranteed)
The hotel will try to accommodate according availability each early check requested. However, in case you want to guarantee your room for early check in, 100% of the room rate will apply.
