In 2026, we will go to the desert. We'll be in exciting Dubai UAE. So join us there and share our experiences, passion, and development in Crew Management. 

So, let us all meet to discuss what has happened in Crew Management last year, and what exciting things we are developing for the future.

The event will take place on April 7-9, 2026, and will be proudly co-hosted by Emirates.

Overview

Major topics to be discussed and reviewed relate to Manpower Planning, Crew Operational Disruption Management, Crew Rosters, Preferential Bidding, Crew Recovery, Crew Systems Access, System Integration, Airline Integrated Solutions, KPIs and Post-operation analysis, Machine Learning, Crew Management Systems and the impact of industry changes on crew management. 

Come and share with us your ideas, thoughts, current trends, philosophies, and latest technological advances on any of the above topics.

Call for Papers

A meeting like this is nothing without content. And the content should come from you. For that reason I would hereby request if you would consider submitting a technical presentation for the conference also.

So, come and share with us your ideas, thoughts, practical innovations, current trends, case studies, philosophies, and latest advances on the topics which are relevant to you.

  • A 20-25 minute presentation, please plan 5-10 mins for questions
  • Willingness to comply with requests for additional information and clarification on abstract and/or presentation material
  • Willingness to tailor a presentation for the AGIFORS Crew Management audience
  • Must register and attend the meeting

  • Airline staff
    USD 400, for Agifors members a discount of USD 50 applies
  • Academics, Government staff and Industry
    USD 700, for Agifors members a discount of USD 50 applies
  • Vendors
    USD 1,100

You would have noticed a slight increase in the price compared to last year. Unfortunately, seeing the elevated price levels in Dubai this was unavoidable. But, Dubai will in return wow you!

It is possible to add one social guest to the registration.
Please be aware that this guest registration is only applicable to the social events and not to the presentations nor the Expo area.

Early cancellation will be free; late cancellation (less than 14 days before the start of the event) will incur a $200 charge.

We have picked the hotel. It is located right in the heard of Dubai, minutes away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

As we haven't signed the contract yet, we'll keep the eact details under wraps for a bit. But all will be revealed

April is warm and sunny in Dubai. The temeparatures at this momth are still rather nice, usually around 35 C. In essence it does not rain in April.
