Registration

  • Eligibility - Airline representatives and for students and faculty members of recognized academic institutions
  • Eligibility - Restricted to only employees of the host airline
  • Eligibility: Full-time employee of an established aircraft manufacturer, air traffic control agency, airport authority, government agency, or non-profit organization that supports the airline industry. Employees must not work for a subsidiary, affiliate, associate, division or other entity that markets products or services to the airline industry
  • Eligibility - Anyone employed by a company (or subsidiary, affiliate or division) that actively markets and sells information technology (IT) products or professional services (including any form of consulting, strategy, integration, implementation, or support) to the airline industry

  • A forum for airline senior managers, airline personnel, vendors, and members of academia to review the most pressing issues facing airline operations today, offer potential solutions, and provide opportunity for high level networking
  • Airline updates on what’s the latest happenings and plans in the near term for new business processes, systems replacements and/or upgrades
  • Technical presentations from leading experts in the airline industry
  • Vendors exhibitions in the field of airline operations control, airport planning systems, crew management, and maintenance planning
  • A special AGIFORS MRO breakout session this year

  • Abstract Submission: If you are interested in presenting in the technical program at the Airline Operations conference in Paris, please complete the online submission form.  The theme of this year's conference is Leveraging Emerging Technologies to Enhance Productivity.  The deadline for submitting abstracts is 1 May 2019
  • Conference Registration: The delegate registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda (*delegate registration only).  The early registration fee before 1st May 2019 is US$460 per (airline, or academic) delegate, US$920 per industry delegate, and US$1380 per vendor delegate.   Registrations received after 1st May 2019 will be considered late and will incur an additional 100 Euros late fee, with no exceptions.  Click here for delegate registration
      • Hotel Reservations: A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel for the conference from 3 June through 7 June.  Reservations must be made via our dedicated website by 1 May 2019 to receive the specially negotiated rate of €239 for single occupancy (inclusive wifi access, breakfast). Hotel room rates are inclusive of VAT subject but subject to a city tax.  Click here to make your hotel reservation
      • Vendor Sponsorship: If your company is interested in sponsorship opportunities, we are offering a variety of sponsorship packages for your consideration.  With each package, your company with be recognized an official sponsor for the conference, and recognized at the start of each day’s proceedings.  If you would like to sign up for one of the limited sponsorship opportunities, please complete the online submission form at your earliest convenience.  Sponsorship levels are as follows:

      Gold Level: US$4,600.00

      Silver Level: US$2,300.00

      Bronze Level: US$1,150.00
