In addition to a 4-day technical agenda with presentations on airline industry advancements across all key areas, a number of social and networking events are planned to provide ample opportunity to connect with your peers. Who should join?
This conference is a forum for airline senior managers, airline personnel, vendors, consultants and members of academia to review many of the most pressing issues facing the airline industry, to offer potential solutions and to provide an opportunity for high-level networking.
Registration details

Early registration (until October 26, 2025) starts at 875 USD for airline and academic AGIFORS members, and 1,175 USD for all other AGIFORS members. Note that the AGIFORS membership is free: apply here.
Late registrations, as well as registrations from non-members of AGIFORS, are 100 USD higher.
After November 2, cancellations are subject to a 200 USD fee.
Guests attending social events only will be able to register at a reduced rate. Contact baz.szymanski@agifors.org upon registration if you are interested in bringing a Guest.
Accommodation
A reduced nightly rate of 199 GBP (inclusive of tax) will be provided to registered Symposium attendees at the Hilton London Kensington. The rate is for single occupancy, and includes English breakfast. Details on booking
