WeatherWe scheduled the conference to not overlap with major Christian, Muslim and common political holiday weeks. The weather in Barcelona is very pleasant in the spring, mostly sunny. You can expect that the daytime high may be 72°F / 22°C and nighttime lows will be around 57°F / 14°C. Sunset will be around 8:50 pm. This should be perfect for our afternoon and evening outings. ClothingClothing is casual for the conference and for all events. A sweater or light jacket is probably recommended for our outings, as they will be late in the evening. Hotel ShipmentsVendors and sponsors, please note that you can ship your merchandizing and exhibit materials to the hotel before the conference. It is also 5-8 minutes walk from the nearest metro (subway) station: Maria Cristina. Barcelona has an extensive subway network, which is what we will use to get to our afternoon and evening events on Wednesday and Thursday. Here is a map of the way from the airport to the hotel:
The best way to travel from the airport is by taxi or Cabify. The fare should not exceed €40 and is usually around €35, depending on traffic. A/V Equipment rental
