Registration

  • Eligibility: Must be employed by an IATA recognized carrier including passenger airlines, cargo carriers, regional and charter operations and fractional jet operations. Must be a full-time registered student, or faculty member at a recognized academic institution.
    Cut-off date for Early Bird registration is 1 May 2019.
  • Eligibility: Full-time employee of an established aircraft manufacturer, air traffic control agency, airport authority, government agency, or non-profit organization that supports the airline industry. Employees must not work for a subsidiary, affiliate, associate, division or other entity that markets products or services to the airline industry.
    Cut-off date for Early Bird registration is 1 May 2019.
  • Eligibility - Anyone employed by a company (or subsidiary, affiliate or division) that actively markets and sells information technology (IT) products or professional services (including any form of consulting, strategy, integration, implementation, or support) to the airline industry.
    Cut-off date for Early Bird registration is 1 May 2019.
  • Accompanying guest to a fully registered delegate
  • Join SSP meeting June 3-5 and then continue attending the Airline Ops meeting June 6-7.

AGIFORS Scheduling and Strategic Planning 2019


Join us for AGIFORS Scheduling and Strategic Planning 2019 which has been scheduled for 3-5 June 2019 at the Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel (Paris, France).  This year's conference is being organized in conjunction with AGIFORS Airline Operations study group and a special MRO session. Our host is Air France / KLM.


Major topics to be discussed and reviewed relate to robust scheduling, fleet assignment, demand and market share forecasting, network strategies, codeshare/alliance decisions, maintenance routing, and collaboration between schedule optimization and operations.


Come and share with us your ideas, thoughts, current trends, philosophies, and latest technological advances on any of the above topics. We look forward to seeing you in June in Paris!


Conference Registration

The registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda (*delegate registration only).  Registrations received after 1 May 2019 will be higher, and registrations after 1 May 2019 will be considered late and will incur an additional US$115 late fee, with no exceptions. Any cancellation requests before May 1st 2019 will be subject to a US$115 service fee per person, after this date the cancellation fee will be US$175 per person to cover the incurred expenses.


Hotel Reservations

A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel for the conference (from 3 June through 7 June). Reservations must be made via our dedicated website by 1 May 2019 to receive the specially negotiated rate of €239 for single occupancy (inclusive wifi access, breakfast). Hotel room rates are inclusive of VAT subject but subject to a city tax.
